When P.S. & Co., a new café, decided to open its flagship store in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse neighborhood, it called the lifestyle designers at Groundswell. The menu features gluten-free, vegan, and organic food and beverages ranging from macaroons to cold-pressed tonics. Groundswell designed an interior to match, contrasting raw brick and wood surfaces with the clean contours of steel chairs and counters. Heavy wooden tabletops support the light, refreshing fare.
