Live Nation’s Festival Pier

When Groundswell principal David Fierabend visited the site of Live Nation’s Festival Pier, he didn’t see an underutilized riverfront parking lot, but rather the makings of an urban beach. To complete the vision, Groundswell imported tons of real sand, constructed a boardwalk, and retrofitted shipping containers to house concession stands.
