An intimate outdoor patio constructed from recycled composite railroad ties features a custom-made fire pit. The patio sinks comfortably into the space created by small gabion walls and a terraced succulent garden leads up to the airy and elegant greenhouse, which, thanks to radiant heating in its floor, offers its owners year-round enjoyment.
